Sector111 will accept returned goods that are undamaged, unused and still in their original packaging (EXCEPT for USED or DISCOUNTED Items). However, please note that we will not reimburse shipping costs for returned items. Costs of any free shipping included in the initial order will be deducted from the refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. At Sector 111's discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be charged/deducted on all returns.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on used or discount items. All used/discount sales are final.

It is imperative that you notify us of any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the steps necessary to get a replacement item in your hands quickly. While we take great care to package items properly, excessive handling during shipping can be too much for any box. We do our best to provide you outstanding customer service. |

|Please recheck all your packaging and work area to see if the part is hiding from you. Notify us if your package came damaged to the point that the part might have fallen out during shipping. It is imperative that you notify us of any missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the steps necessary to get a replacement part in your hands quickly. We do our best to prevent mis-shipments but sometimes we make mistakes. We will take care of you to the best of our ability.|
Can I return a special order?
|Any special order (meaning the product was ordered specifically for you) can NOT be returned. This includes products listed on our website that include the following text "This is a special order item" as well as products special ordered over the phone for a product not found on our website. These sales are final because it is very hard for us to resell them after they are returned.|
